A Media-based organisation are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their London based team.
This role is an excellent opportunity a self-motivated, technically capable and confident individual, who can communicate with clients and customers.
You will be a part of the growing client management team and help to ensure they deliver client satisfaction, as well as focus on maintaining and growing these relationships.
To be the successful candidates, you must have …
· 12 + months’ account management experience or a similar role.
· Customer facing experience, with a customer centric attitude.
· A self-motivated individual who is able to work independently, as well as a part of a team.
· Excellent time management skills as well as verbal and written communication
· Media industry experience at some level
· The ability to comprehend technical issues from the customers, with view to resolve.
· Experience using software development management/project management tools is desirable (Jira, Asana, etc.).
