Devise technical training programs
Produce training schedules and agendas
Produce course content
Prepare Training material (presentations, worksheets, etc)
Conduct training sessions either via webinar, workshops, etc in groups of 8 people (but again you can decide how best to deliver your training)
Observe and evaluate results of training sessions, including reporting data on completed training sessions, absences, issues, etc
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
Ideally come from a Microsoft background, with working knowledge of the MS Office (particularly Powerpoint)
Experience designing technical course content
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools, e.g. must be able to use video conferencing software and sharing notes easily.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Previous experience providing training on an ERP system is desired.
Flexible role and down to the individual when they come in to the office, but will need to be in the London area in case they’re asked to come in at short notice. As it’s blended training sessions some of them will need to be delivered in person, others can be virtual.
